Great customer service is integral to what we do. Our set-up, support services and maintenance contracts keep all machines in tip-top operating condition. In London, our fully-trained engineers will be on site to fix any issues within 6 hours of callout, often sooner.
We know our coffees, too. We’ve been sourcing, cupping, selecting and refining our own range since 2002.
Roast & Ground hand-picked coffee is freshly roasted in small batches for maximum freshness and includes everything from smooth Central American blends to gutsy Java Sidamo and satisfying decafs.
As we’ve developed an enviable track record in the business sector, our comprehensive product list includes not just coffee but black and herbal teas, chocolates, soft drinks, milk powders and biscuits. In short: everything needed to keep staff and clients happily supplied with quality drinks.
Whether it’s a stylish Swiss-made espresso drinks machine, a more traditional filter set-up, a water cooler or snack vending machine, stocks are replenished easily via our online shop, by email or telephone. Next day delivery on stocked items is guaranteed, whether to London offices or our national contracts.
Sustainability is at the heart of our business. Operationally we are a carbon neutral company, audited annually, and we recognize that the biggest difference we can make is to help our customers make a difference. The lion’s share of our coffees are certified Rainforest Alliance or Fairtrade. We set machines to maximize their energy efficiency, facilitate coffee grouts collections, and offer a range of biodegradable disposables. Charities we support include Shelter and a day centre for older citizens.
